At Pulzar, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped directly to your door anywhere in the UK.
We offer two shipping options so you can choose what works best for you:

DHL Express Shipping — £4.97 | Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover the cost in full.
