Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact our team at the email above. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
